What happens at the first consultation?

Our initial consultation is usually a phone call or site visit to understand the client's project expectations and to discuss the scope of work and timeline.

What are the differences between bespoke, made to measure and off-peg/RTW?

Bespoke
Bespoke garments are tailored to the individual's measurements with various fittings for a perfect fit. The design, silhouette, fabric can all be specified and decided by the client.

Made to Measure
MTM garments can be tailored using the clients measurements and the garments arrived fully stitched. Minor changes such as the sleeve length and trouser length can be adjusted.
The design of the garment can also be decided by the client.

Off peg / ready to wear
Off the peg/ RTW are existing garments you find in stores which come as standard sizes such as UK 10 / Size 44.

What is the shopping experience like?

We take all of the work out of clothes shopping and personal styling.

Whether it's going to dinner, work, your best friend's wedding, a business trip, a much needed vacation or just because you want a new look; we will help you look great.

Let's start from an Initial Consultation to discuss your preferences and personal requirements. We take measurements, note your complexion and colours. We want to understand you as an individual to get the best results. 

Using our consultation notes we create digital mood boards including items designed just for you and/or items from existing brands. After you choose your favourite set, we are ready to make or purchase garments for you.

All you have to do is try it on. Keep what you love and let us take care of the returns and any tailoring to perfect your style.

What if I decide I would like to cancel my bespoke or MTM garment?

We make every effort to accommodate our clients to the extent reasonably possible.

Once a bespoke or MTM garment is placed and a deposit is paid, we immediately order your fabric and book with the tailors. For this reason, if you decide to cancel the order there will be a charge to cover the fabric and tailoring cost.

Where can I collect my order once it's ready?

Once your final order is ready you can collect it from our showroom in London or we can arrange for it to be delivered to your home, office, or wherever you require.
